DISTILLERS ACTIVE DRY YEAST - Craft A Brews Distillers Active Dry Yeast (DADY) is a high-performance strain of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, ideal for grain mesh fermentations in whiskey, rum, brandy, and fuel ethanol. HOW IT WORKS - Known for fast starts, high alcohol tolerance, and clean fermentations, DADY is optimized for producing up to 15% ABV under controlled temperatures below 90F. Its high tehalose content ensures strong viability even in high-ethanol environments. DADY helps with fast, efficient sugar conversion and reducing sluggish or stalled ferments.
