Everlasting Paper-Like Blooms: Produces cheerful, clover-like flowers in a delightful mix of colors (pink, purple, red, and white) that retain their shape and color even when dried. Perfect for Drying: The stiff, papery bracts make these flowers ideal for everlasting bouquets, wreaths, and craft projects that last for months. Long Garden Season: Blooms continuously from summer until the first frost, providing non-stop color in borders, containers, and cutting gardens. Heat & Drought Tolerant: Hardy and low-maintenance plants that thrive in hot, sunny conditions and continue blooming even during dry spells. Pollinator Friendly: Bright, long-lasting flowers attract butterflies and bees throughout the growing season while remaining deer resistant. Planting Instructions for Mix Globe Amaranth Seeds: When to Plant: Sow seeds outdoors after all danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed. For an earlier start, sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sunlight Requirement: Choose a location with full sun for the most abundant and vibrant blooms. Sowing Depth: Press seeds lightly into the soil, covering with only 1/8 inch of fine soil, as they need some light to germinate. Spacing: Space seeds or thin seedlings to 8-12 inches apart to allow for bushy growth and good air circulation. Watering: Keep soil consistently moist until germination (10-14 days). Once established, water regularly but allow soil to dry slightly between waterings. Maintenance: Deadheading is not required for continuous bloom, but removing old flowers can keep plants tidy. Excellent for fresh cutting or drying for long-lasting arrangements.
